The cart always tells you the exact reason: the code doesn't exist (typo), it has expired, your eligible subtotal is below the minimum (we show how much is missing), or none of your items are in the coupon's category (we list which items are eligible and which are not). No more silent failures.

Three places, always before payment: on the product page ("Campaigns & coupons for this product"), on the Offers page, and in the cart where each campaign shows a live progress bar (e.g. "Add ₺120 more for free shipping").

One coupon code per order, and it always combines with automatic campaigns (Body Duo, free shipping, gift thresholds). The cart shows every discount as its own line so you can verify the math.

You earn 1 point per ₺10 (Blossom members earn 1.25×, Golden Botanic 1.5×). Every product card and the cart show the exact points you'd earn. 500 points convert to a ₺50 voucher right from your Loyalty dashboard.

During your birthday month a free Honey Nectar Lip Balm is added automatically to any order — you'll see it as a ₺0 line in your cart. No code needed.
